Shipping & Returns
Please note that most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days depending on the size of your order and product type. Custom-blended products may take up to 10 days to process and ship. We appreciate your patience as the quality of our products is well worth the wait. Due the personal nature of the products we sell, their various uses, and for hygienic reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, non-refundable with no exchanges. Please be absolutely certain of your purchase prior to placing and completing your order. Products will be replaced or credited ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: a mistake on our part or damage that occurred during shipping. Your claim must be submitted within 3 days from the date that you receive your order. Credits will NOT be authorized AFTER 30 DAYS from the date of purchase.
Please note that NO package will be accepted without a return authorization number. When returning a package, you must use an insured and pre-paid traceable method of shipping (we recommend UPS, FEDEX or Canada Post Expedited). You must include your packing slip or a note with your invoice number, return authorization number, and reason for return. You are responsible for ALL shipping, handling, customs and brokerage fees. No exchanges will be made until the package has been received by us in good order.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All completed orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Delivery Service.Canadian destinations: Expedited Post takes between 2-7 business days; shipping fee is $9.95. US destinations: Expedited Post takes between 6-12 business days; shipping fee is $11.95. For overseas destinations please contact us for a shipping quote.
Please note that orders shipped to ANY country outside of Canada are subject to applicable duties and taxes and are solely the responsibility of the customer. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.
